Madison Brown
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant & Screening Coordinator COTA Madison graduated from Southwestern Community College with her degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting in 2025. She has worked in many different settings and with diverse populations throughout her schooling and career, and enjoys seeing the growth and progress that OT brings to people’s lives. Madison enjoys working with children and helping them reach further independence throughout daily activities. In her free time, Madison enjoys learning to cook, exploring and being in nature, and spending time with friends and family.

Hailey Murphy
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant & Screening Coordinator COTA Hailey is a certified and licensed occupational therapy assistant who is passionate about helping people of all ages build confidence, independence, and skills for everyday life. Originally from California, she moved to Charlotte in 2019 with her family. Hailey graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology before continuing her education at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College to earn her Occupational Therapy Assistant degree. Hailey strives to make therapy both encouraging and enjoyable while creating a supportive environment where clients feel confident and where the little wins are celebrated. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, crafting, and exploring the outdoors with her fur baby, Luka, and her fiancé, Jordan.
